Financial analyst

1. Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual internal reports:
- sales and purchases reports;
- margin report;
- inventory reports;
- FCF by (in)direct method;
- cost and pricing reports.
2. Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
3. Preparation of disclosures for external audit;
4. Verification and reflection expenses for foreign departments in the system «Axapta»:
- expense reports;
- salaries;
- deferrals and Fixed Assets;
- Reserves accrual and its adjustment;
- Depreciation and interests in accordance with IFRS 16.
5. Quarterly preparation of disclosures in regards of expenditure items.

1. Development and optimization of the budgeting system;
2. Preparation of internal reports:
- income and expenditure budget;
- Cash Flow Budget;
- Plan-fact analysis of budget;
- FCF by direct method.
3. Automation and implementation of management accounting in 1C «Trade Management»;
4. Control of the credit calendar and management registers:
- payments register;
- deferrals and Fixed Assets register;
- register of depreciation accruals.
5. Management of payroll project in 1C «Trade Management»;
6. Client bank maintaining:
- payment orders creation, registers of salaries, vacation and business trips;
- uploading bank statements for posting to expenditure items.

1. Electronic document management within the framework of customer service:
- technical settings for clients in internal systems;
- VIP client's support.
2. Cooperation between suppliers and retailers:
- obtaining requests for connection;
- processing and entering information in internal programs;
- documents verification before sending to retailers.
3. Formation of internal reporting;
4. Month-end and billing clients;
5. Working in internal programs: CRM, MS Outlook, JIRA, Confluence.
